As part of using our platform, you may create or upload content such as messages, feedback, assignments, and other materials. This content may contain personal information and is subject to our Terms of Service.

1. We may collect information such as any personal identification data, financial data, personal characteristics, contact data, educational data, electronic identification data, inquires, user generated data, marketing data, behavioural data, etc.

1. We use the information we collect to provide and personalize our soft skills services, including assessments, training materials, feedback, and progress tracking. We may use the personal information you provide to deliver our Services, such as hybrid learning including platform access, on-demand courses; live learning including facilitator led live training sessions (online and offline), other engagement activities; employer dashboard including learner insights, course builder, training need analysis including gap analysis, customized learning roadmap; responding to your inquiries, providing educational resources, and communicating with you regarding your queries or requests, etc.

To enable you to verify your account, to administer your account, to enable and provide the Services and integration with third party services, and to provide, personalize and improve your experience with the Services. We may use the collected information to analyse user behaviour, track trends, and enhance the functionality and user experience of our EdTech platform.
3. To send you alerts or messages by email or otherwise, including to provide you with marketing of our and our related parties’ products and services.
4. To inform you about updates of the Services or the terms and conditions of Services.
5. To improve and develop the Services or new services and to analyse your use of the Services.
6. To ensure the technical functioning of the Services and to prevent the use of the Services in breach of the Terms.
